    How's it Looking?

I drew a guy w/ no legs a while ago, a guy who could control shadows, that's the concept anyway. Well I drew him over today cause I saw someone's picture here and I really liked the face he drew, so I tried my hand at it. I never really tried to draw faces before, and when I did... they sucked, so I used his to draw my own, and it came out good. So anyway, I'll post the old and new versions, please critique them, and tell me how to make it better.

His head looks big but I think I just need to make his legs bigger and give him another arm. I think that should help. Well, here's the old and new version.

    Thanks for viewing.

nice idea, id like to see more sketches and designs (with clothing etc)
your anatomy is quite good i think, although there are some minor mistakes, maybe just work over him again and look at a reference while doin this.
concerning faces, i think its difficult myself, but this gotta be learned!
so search some reference for this and also have a look at the tutorials in the tutorial etc-forum, theyre really helpful.

It looks like a big improvment. And If you want to get even better I'd advise you find an anatomy book, and then copy the drawings in it alot! Then when you feel confident enough try doing them from memory, this will really help you work out features and the general makeup of the human body, as well as how to draw it.

I looked at some other's guy's drawing, and thats why I wanted to draw mine over. His guy was really good, so I drew a face by looking at his. And I used his anatomy as reference, it's not exactly the same, but I looked at his for a reference.
