Zhebisnt's sketchbook-thing~
Hello, conceptart.org
This is my first post here, although I've known about this site for a long, long time.
A little about myself: I'm a 20 year old dude from India in the process of earning my undergrad engineering degree. I used to sketch because I hoped some day to become an animator(lol), but now I sketch because it's fun.
I want to improve, but I'm not sure where to begin.
EDIT: Uploaded new stuff.

Zhebisnt's Update - 5th June, 2017
Made some sketches this week. Attached below are those.
Woman portrait

Buff dude. (A little too yellow when viewed on my phone's screen, and on any pc with a decent display, I imagine)

Naked Baseball Player.

It'd be lovely if someone could point me in the right direction to improve. I feel a little lost. I don't know what to do to improve, and I don't really know how to measure improvement.

Nice studies Zhebisnt, you're figures definitely have a sense of vitality.
The question about how to measure improvement is a good one. I would say that it can be measured by how well you are able to apply the fundamentals of drawing, painting and design to communicate your ideas (either from observation or imagination) compared to before.
As for how to improve, you should balance acquiring more knowledge about the fundamentals with spending time practicing them. Since you seem to want to improve in figure drawing, you should develop your skill in line control, drawing simple forms in perspective, and of course continue learning the anatomy of the figure. There are plenty of good books and tutorials available out there that you can use to learn from, a lot of them for free.
This is just a quick answer but I hope it helps. If you have further questions feel free to ask
