Awesome couple of updates. The last one looks like a scared samurai or something, judging from the clothes and 'sword like' things coming from the side. I'm gonna put your SB in my sig to get you some more views if that is alright with you....You deserve more exposure.

Those last couple of updates are really cool, especially the girl.

I am absolutely impressed by how you draw the human form digitally. Really. Thats just awesome. On the page that the sketchbook opens too, there are what look like still lifes and they look great.

Very nice sketch book. I will enjoy seeing more! (PS that last guy looks as if he wrote a pretty girls number on his hand earlier, and just realized that its smudged off)

Thanks for popping by my SB and for the advice. Been having a quick look over your SB, the drawings and paintings are awesome. Maybe one day with practice I can produce work like that too. Keep up the good work. Will be back to check out SB fully. Cheers Phil

thank you Stark for support, really appreciate it!!

@Krigbrann: thank you very much, great story you see in this picture

@Aardvarkphil: thank for your kind words, in my personal view i am still bad and have to learn a ton. There are so many things i struggle with.

    For instance this:
It is a oil painting -my first life portrait ever - she is a good friend of mine. Took about 3 hours straight to finish it plus another 2 hours to add contrast.. refinements.
I worked on a linen canvaz, bought from a art supply with a white ground.
I should have done some extra priming (with gesso) but i didn┤t.
So i had lot of struggle with putting the paint opac on the surface.
Another problem was that i work quite thin and when i thinned my color with turpentine (which i did quite less) the paint underneath gets washed away and i lighten the color.

Next time i try something different, more paint and 50/50 terpentine/linseed oil and see if it works better.

    Here the final work:

nice. the glowing eyes give that one a far more interesting appearance, than your usual color-sketches. the orc could use some sort of that special attention too, i think.

*phew* i'm messing around with english here. need far more practice...

thank you Hannes, i don┤t like the orc at all right now, hope to spend some more hours.

ok here we go again, PS - 45min sketch
I definitely have to go to full body character design instead of painting heads, which are not really a problem anymore.

could you accentuate the... the... links(?) of the extremities for me? i'd like to see a more boney bodyconstruction. wonder if it could spice your characters up, give them more grip...

yeah! very diffrent from your usual, more feminin characters. its a pleasure every time, when i see you trying out something new, swimming in open water, if you know what i mean (like all that last sketches).

thanks again for your response Hannes! Yeah it is always exciting to do something out of the familar zone. Hope to show you some more different facettes.

Here i was weak again , it┤s some of the many blurry tales in my head

    PS - 30-40 min
I don┤t know if the foreshortening works, it would definitely good to show the legs or feet. (well still wip, so i make it work next time)

small update - extended the canvaz
i see i have to put something in the foreground to give it a story, if i don┤t its just something like a screenshot...

still don┤t like the botton part of the character

wooo, things looking good in here. Keep pumping the iron, maybe try pushing some saturated tones around here and there. Looks great nonetheless, love the composition of the the most recent one, makes me want to go try out my flying abilities.
