How to make the most of The Animator's Survival Kit?

Hello! I'm trying to practice 2D animation with different exercises, like the ones here:

However, I recently read through the entire Animator's Survival Kit. I just got the app version, so now I can see some of the stuff animated. Should I just read through the Animator's Survival Kit again and view the animations, and continue with the animation exercises above? Or should I do everything in the Animator's Survival Kit that looks like it could be an exercise (for example, there's a short "exercise" on perspective)? I've read some thoughts about the book being like a "manual", and that it's better to just use it as a reference book than to practice from it exactly.

What do you think? Would it be beneficial or do you think I should just practice the exercises above?

The Survival Kit is an excellent manual, but it is pretty advanced. I suggest you become familiar with the process of animation, doing the Level 1-2 exercises mentioned above, before you move to the Survival Kit. Eric Goldberg's Character Animation and Preston Blair are good starters for animation, too...

Do those exercises on the site. I probably should too.
