    Uhh...
It' a nice rendering, but, concept-wise, to me, its a problem.
They look like models in a window of a clothing store wearing outfits rather then characters. I mean, the poses, the expressions, the dresses, the hair...
They just don't look like slayers of anything to me, just chick dressed up weird with orc paraphernelia.

It's a really nice rendering. I don't mind the poses myself, although I see yutani's point. They could be more dynamic but does that mean they should be?

love everything on it, although i feel that the ogres face on the stick could use some work.. too cartoonish for the style.
    good job tho

I think the remarks have been pretty consistant: this is a nice, stylistic piece with fairly good rendering, but little rings "true" about it.

While you've put several elements in order to give mood (severed heads, nasty weapons, sunglasses, etc.) it doesn't seem like much thought was put into their construction. Now, this is an attractive piece indicating a high level of skill, but I think you can really start pushing past this to absolute rocket work.

The heads: they don't seem dead. The horny one's looking at me and the others are still screaming (that usually stops once the lungs stop pushing air through the vocal chords).
Packs: they have no weight (the left girl is falling backward).
Hair: too stiff for that much raw Rapunzle material.
Sunglasses: just look at someone with sunglasses from the side.
Clothing: the material is very stiff, but seems to be leather and the like.
This all falls into the category of 'how do things work and why?' Most artists don't want to deal with it; they just want to know how things work, but when you're making things up and drawing from nothing, it's critical to know as much as you can.

The designs for most of the elements are really cool and the composition is nice, as well (though the gray texture block would probably look better shifted left).

    Nice work.
