How do I refill my Pantone Tria markers?

    I need some help here.

I want to refill a Pantone Tria marker with some ink but I don't get how it's
    done.

My ink and markers look like these:

I took of the broad nib from my marker and I tried getting the ink in with the refill bottle but the ink is leaking like crazy when I put in the bottle tube and hold it upside down. What's the trick to do this right? I'm not supposed to put it in drop by drop, am I?

Also, how do I know when I've put enough ink in it?

Fill it over a sink and try to create a tight as seal as possible. As for knowing when it's full...I'm not sure myself.

If there is a way to fill it without spillage, I don't know it yet.

The thing is: there's not always a sink around when I need to refill..lol..So if anybody can help us out here...please!

ok...my teacher did a demo on filling your marker

Well..it's kinda logical but you need to take off both caps so air can't stay inside your marker. Then you take out the broad nib and put your bottle tube inside the marker, turn it upside down and squeeze the bottle a couple of times until ink starts coming out of the narrower nib at the bottom. At this point your marker is full again.

Still pretty messy but at least this worked Just have some tissue around to clean up the drops.

..sorry for the noob question. I hope it helps some of you though

i know this is a really old thread but i jsut ran across it , you can fill it cleen and easy , on the small side , thers another segment that you can pull out <take off the cap , the super detialed cap , then whe yrou down to the one thats attached to the pen , it comes off too <need pliers or do it with yoru teeth > then u can appply yoru ink directly to the maerial that holds the ink it will absorb it and when it can no longer absorb , its filled . no mess no problum <though the label might get ragy if your not carefull , i uusaly cut off a milimeeter of the label on that side and pry it with the exacto blade , it comes out verry easy then and its reddy any time you want to refill .
