That last post is awesome! The gladiator guy looks really solid. Your study on arms is paying off, you can tell you knew what to draw when you tackled those compared to the legs and torso. What area are you studying next?

Thanks for the encouragement man, it's really great to hear it. I know what you mean about the arms, when I get down to the legs, and things, I get a little more lost, not that I know my way around the arms that well, I just have a better idea. Next, Ia m not sure what I am going to study, prolly move onto torso, because it kind of connects. But, I am still going to be working on arms for a while, I really don't have a good hold on them yet.

    hi. Just dropped by.
Nice work, good anatomy studies. The last post definitely is nicely done. Though I think the gladiator's torso looks a bit weird. The face is awsome. good finish. Keep it going dude.

Well, it has been way too long since I last updated. Wow, I seem to be saying that just about everytime I post. Anyway, I got the book "Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist" by Stephen Rogers Peck on the recomendation of my teacher. It really is a great book, and if you are looking for an anatomy book, I suggest taking a look at it.

Just a few quick studies, and one picture, to make me feel happy during all the boring studies.

And, putting some of my new knowledge to the test. These are all out of my head.

    Thanks man, that's encouraging.

Done from ref, this is the new Batman, christian Bale. I really loved the movie, so I figured this would befun to do. This is a study/just for fun, trying to make a nice looking picture to keep myself happy. Let me know what you think, and where I can improve. I am fairly happy but some stuff is pretty far of, like his chin is wacky and stuff.

Yeah, that 3D isn't actually mine, someone else posted it as an example of something. I have done some 3D stuff, maybe I'll post it later.

This is a really shitty pen SP. I got to work more with pen and do more SPs so I figured why not combine them.

Hey man, I havent posted in your sketchbook for quite some time, but I've checked in from time to time.

That being said I am really impressed with the progress you've been making. I think it's encouraging for any artist to see how fast your advancing because it shows that with hard work you can achieve great success. I am particularly impressed with those hand and feet studies, although I do have one crit. It seems to me at least that some of your wrists are a little narrow compared to the hand they attach to, namely the two examples on the right hand side of the first image, and the very bottem one of the second image. Other than that they are great.
