Being Dyslexia and the Art world

As you may have noticed, or will, one can easily look at my posts or replies I write on people's posts that I probably do not quite have control of my english gramma and spelling, but it is a completely natural explanation namely that I am dyslexic and I do not come from an English speaking country. And therefore all the mistakes in my texts. I try to find and correct as much as I can but many times I overlook the mistakes!

But now to my question, is it a great handicap to be dyslexic Inside art / design world. you are limited when it comes to work or customer contact?

And is your perception that it is a taboo to say you are dyslexic and you will be regarded as a stupid person.?

The reason for my question is that I heard an interview where two known concept artist talking about writing an E-mail to a client or employer, and that the mail had to be 100% perfect, otherwise the customer or the company you seek work at the time, otherwise they will not one serious, so they believed if you could not write a perfect E-mail in perfect English as, one would never have a career because you would not be taken seriously by the industry.

And for those who are not quite sure what dyslexia is, here is a link which explain it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyslexia

hope it is understandable what I write
    Have a good day!

It's always good to have a friend look over a formal letter in certain situations. Even those of us without dyslexia make mistakes.

    And you post was fine
