    Started working on my old portrait again, but I still don´t like the staring look...guess I start another one.

    I think this is the hardest section to critique ever as we don't know what you really look like. Are your ears so far in? Maybe lessen the highlight the one on the right and reduce the one on the left, or increase the width of your beard, which I think would be best. A nice dreamy look there. Also you may want to check the structure of your neck and width of your shoulder on the left.

    Be careful putting equal rendering on each eye. One eye should render more dominantly so that when the viewer looks at the piece their eye will rest more on the dominant eye, just like in real life.

    some structure on the shirt would also have been nice to see.
