    just finished this flyer for a local record shop thought someone might wanna check it out.

  4. Nice, finally a topic that caters to my expertise.

    First off good work, I like it.

    My critique:

    Being an illustrator guru (self appointed) those gradients stick out like a sore thumb.
    Try using blends, or gradient mesh. Or pull it into Photoshop and break out the air brush.

    I love the crate on the back, that's a great example of how a simple gradient can add realism if used sparingly.
    My only change here would be make those logos as small as possible. Leave some white space that crate needs room to breath.

    i see what you mean about the logos as well as the gradients, the flyer itself is already on its way to the printer unfortunately, but i am gonna fix some stuff for self gratification...

    im glad to see some more illustrators out there man... i havent seen too many people on ca that use illustrator. thanks for the crits though ("graphic master" and "fukifino")
