    Hey, this is looking good so far. I really like how you did the eye and the lips.
    Right now I think the light source is a little confusing. I can't quite tell where it's coming from.
    I would also look at picture of someone with brown flesh tone, just to check that your doing it right.

    the coloring and everything look good to me except that the proportions at first glance seem off, perhaps the nose is too long, or the eyes are too wide.
