Oh boy - i don;t know what to say. Thank you all.
I guess it's time for me to finish that one too
Thank you all for visiting my dusty SB. I work a lot these days so my time for painting is really gonne.
I managed to do some photos lately, some writting (i'm not happy with) and well.. a lot of work on the game we're doing - that involves all my skills
I will update on that as soon as i can say a thing or two.
In the meantime - here are some doodles i did in coffeshops with a friend of mine fighting over the pencil. Let me.. no let me... i have an ideea... wait.. i know... etc. She's great.

I tried to color them - it's another area for me. I had a lot of fun.

    The afro-snail
Then the girl said: Less art, more chocolate. (Journey of the 1st CA student)

    And the bearded snail
Then the girl said: Less art, more chocolate. (Journey of the 1st CA student)

the rest of the story is here
    http://afantana.blogspot.com/

i decided not to bother you with stories and other stuff not related to drawing/painting etc. so i put them all there.

and ehre are some doodles i did some live painting on new years eve at a ver nice party. Good people. Nice times.
    The theme was space realted.
Then the girl said: Less art, more chocolate. (Journey of the 1st CA student)
Then the girl said: Less art, more chocolate. (Journey of the 1st CA student)
    and Dolphins too.

These live paintings are really charming. Seems the mood of the party really settled into the art.

Hey. As usual I love the colors in your updates. You also seem to be strongly influenced by Android but in a good way, I think. It became intrgral part of your art. Graphical shapes blend well with more painterly brush strokes.

As for the stories. I'm impressed thay you manage to write them in english beacause it's not your native language (or I could be wrong ).

    Cheers.

Dusting off my mirror was probably the most refreshing thing i've ever done in one of my birthdays. Removing your own dead skin from the mirror is a great way to approach a self portrait.
The underlight was just to set myself a challenge.
It got pretty late and i couldn't finish but the experience was lovely.
Boy, it feels goot to draw.
Then the girl said: Less art, more chocolate. (Journey of the 1st CA student)

i was super bussy lately - this project is getting all my time... but i love it.

my god. i posted in here more than a year or so ago.
i asked very noob questions "what brushes do you use?"

i can now appreciate just how epic, how inspiring and how much truth this sketchbook is.

    very cool.

    oh... my bad.
i'm under a lot of fire and this year hasn't been my best.
the game i'm working on is taking all my time yet since trouble has ways to find me every time i have to deal with more than i can take.
i hope around March the game will be announced and i can share more with you.
i had less and less time for drawing - i got rusty.
Here is an image i did for a fashion designer Raluca Damian - i love her stuff.
I also did some drawings for the clothes and i did the photo shooting too. It's getting published next month
This image was commissioned by Unica magazine - i wanted to use the same preparation for a painting as i do for a fashion photo - that means a professional model, with designer made clothes, make-up artist and all.

    so here we go"
    Model: Lavinia Sima (MRA)
    Designer: Raluca Damian
    Style & Make-up: Ana Nechita
    for Unica - October 2009

Really great improvements Andrei You do a lot of real life studies and it friggin shows .

    this one -> http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...dy5_011_cr.jpg totally rocks .

Don't let the job stop you from drawing... not if it is still important to you . There's enough who make that mistake (my art is nowdays more like excel sheets, production estimate e-mails and at best some occasional skin light scattering studying done for HLSL shaders )

I mean.... only 4 updates this year ?
Will appreciate critique anywhere, anytime .
