Hey - I haven't posted in a bit. I've been doing lots at work, which of course is owned by somebody else and can't be shown
The Hellboy is a quick drawing I did for my friend's birthday and the sketches are basically random fantasy stuff I thumbnailed today on the way back to Vancouver from Montreal (1 year anniversary trip - yay!). I am going to probably work on painting the 2nd image (gesturing Ork)from the first scan and the 1st image (Running elf chick) from the 2nd scan...
Any thoughts are welcome - and thanks for taking a look!

good cool, i reallyyyyyyyyyy enjoy the last page,
I think I'm done with this one...Now for the running elf chick!
Something else I did last week...
4th and final update for today: Clean pencils of one of the above thumbnails.
I may try to start coloring this tonight, but I doubt I'll get far (yawn!). I changed the beast into a guy with a beast's head cowel on, and used PS a little to help correct a placement problem with the front arm of the elf.
Let me know what you think...
keep them commin
Thanks Davi and Atilla.
I really want to improve so does anyone have any tips, crits - on the painting technique, the drawing, anything!!!

Hey Chris, I love the composition of that last painting. Wicked stuff!
I don't feel like you need any tips or crits... But I'll try: On the cleaned drawing, I'd suggest giving the 'bad guy' a bow or crossbow... it'd explain why she has arrows in her sheild. And what if you brought her left fist closer to the viewer?
My only other crit is for you to post MORE!
