    Ghent Workshop drawings thread

go here to find the photo thread. This thread is for the drawings you did during the weekend - thought it'd be equally nice to see these combined in one place. I'll post my share on wednesday - when i have access to the scanner at work...

    woooh!

here's my batch from the sketchbook (A5 size) - all images scaled down some people do have crappy connections
    for bigger scans =>http://www.conceptart.org/forums/sho...d=1#post284869
the A3 size drawing will come later (big guys always come later)

ok first up: friday evening - hanging out at my place:

some stuff from ref - tech pencil

freeform tech pencil cutiepie montah - getting late already

most of the time was spent looking at other people's stuff, drinking beers and acting silly in general... boys will be boys

next day: early in the morning, right after the cathedral visit. gestures of certain austrian people and dutch mad cows

and then, the first session of lifedrawing.. mostly 2 minute sketches, some 10 mins. pigment liner and marker (fine tip)

back at my place - chillout session with pizza and beers
tech pencil thingie and blue china marker with red crayon thingie

dog skull while being too tired

next day: slowly waking up at the castle

and back to the second session of lifedrawing!
    pigment liner, marker, red crayon

sunday evening: chillout session with jens, the model and my eva
(an inspiring combination, for some reason *grin* )

    Fipse´s stuff I

Noone´s shy here but I needed to get the stuff scanned and as you may remember I did nearly all lifedrawing in A3 .

Here´s the stuff I was doing friday, quite tired after the ride and just doodling around in my sketchbook.

Some stuff I sketched during the morning. Actually the guy on the left should be Jens but he´s looking like the young Bob Dylan .

Here´s Saturday´s lifedrawing, some 2 min - 10 min sketches. I think hte model liked to play with the toys we provided ...

    An ink study

Tried out first time working with Conté crayons - they are really fun to use. Must try this later on with bigger paper

Chilling out at Hyver´s appartment. Had a brief blue period because of my experiments with the blue wax pencils he gave us.

Slowly getting tired and couldn´t see everything anymore.

    Here is something from me:

Please excuse the crappy quality. I had to make photos of most of them because the big paper didn't fit into my scanner and I was too lazy to do proper color correction. Even if it doesn't look like this, most of them are graphite pencil on plain white paper.
