Poster color painting , appreciate every feedback

To be honest , i don't have much experience at color & lighting , i painted this with my sense only so there must be many things that can be improved in the drawing .

Feel free to criticize it like Gordon Ramsey does in Hell's Kitchen I appreciate it .

If you want characters to pop it helps to have contrast between the values, so dark on light / light on dark. In this piece you have a light character on a light background, because of the smoke, so its blending in and not popping. Try changing either the smoke or the characters value and see what you think.
