Red face Ying Yang Jak (Critique Please)

    Name: DarkJak.jpg
Views: 77
Size: 671.3 KBIt's a mixture of Dark and Light Jak.

For a long time I've been wanting to be able to take one of my favorite characters and do what I want with them. Put them in whatever scenario and pose, without just copying off a reference.

I put everything I've learned about photoshop and digital painting into this one piece. It's one of my best digital pieces, but I can see plenty and plenty of room for improvement.

& I can't stress enough how important it is for me to excel in this. I want to do this as a profession in the future, more than anything.

So I'm open to any critiques and feedback.

Thanks Ying Yang Jak (Critique Please)

Did a quick red line, its not great and I'm in a bit of a rush but should get the point across. Don't cut off the legs, it makes it harder to see proportions and get a sense of balance. Also cropping off parts doesn't help you understand the forms.

    Hope it helps.
