I want to get a better grip on concepts like anatomy, perspective and shading.
I really appreciate criticisms and feedback. So dont hold back at all. Thanks.
Anyways here's a small background on me im 17 and I've been drawing every since I could hold a pencil, I'm trying to stave off stagnation and grow my skills. My biggest problem currently, I think is color and some forms of proportion and perspective as well as messy lines. So thats the short of it, now i'll get back to scribbling.

Just some slighty old head sketches.
A head sketch I did earlier in the year, im going to start an anatomy Regimen in a day or so, so alot more stuff is on its way. Take care everybody. Also, Sorry for the large size of the image I dont currently know how to scale it down.
Hey man, awesome sketches! Keep getting that mileage and you'll improve fast. Looking forward to seeing more work!
Thanks man I really appreciate that.
Im reposting this because I was trying to change my sketchbook picture and I failed MAJORLY. *facepalm*
Another head sketch...
my female anatomy bothers me...
nice head sketches, for anatomy an advice that i can give you is drawing from reference a lot, do tons of shoulders, legs (muscle, bones, etc)and you will find an improvement.
@Chrisdasa Yeah thats something I'll do, thanks man.
@palladium Thanks I'll be sure to do that.
@Mothman My intentions are to study and practice, and I look forward to growing as an artist.
@Mothman My intentions are to study and to practice, so I look forward to growing as an artist
@Chrisdasa Thanks that advice wont go unused
@palladium I wish I could put it on warp speed... thanks!
Quickposes kicked me in the a**...
A doodle I drew in class earlier in the year.
Your poses are looking a lot better! keep doing the Quickposes exercises they'll help you grasp proportions, then specific studies of the anatomy of the limbs will help you when working from imagination. To get better at drawing heads I'd suggest studying the planes (maybe take a look at Loomis's books)
Thanks Kuroro, I was actually planning to do another quickposes session tonight and post it.
I was up super late, so why not draw?

Super duper man. not done.
Nice to see you're getting looser with your sketches! You've already improved. Keep it up
I should finish this.
I also need to stop posting late at night.
@Opanic thanks man I really appreciate the visits
I haven't been posting lately, thats fo' sure.
I just got a new sketchbook and some microns so that shouldn't happen much anymore
This is some good stuff, and your latest drawings show improvement. Keep practicing, man!
If you still need the how-to on how to scale pics down, I use MS Paint to crop and resize my pics.
And the eyes: Manga and comic book eye tuts could help a lot.
@GTL Hideki thanks for stopping by, the advice is greatly appreciated, eyes have always been something I had to work on more I'll check some tutorials.
