    Grumpy Slug

    Another sketch i made at school last year. cunstructive crits welcome.

    Hahaha, this is really funny. I like the way his mouth is all puckered up.
    The only crit I have would be his eyes. The second (smaller) set doesn't look as convincing as the first set, and I notice that the highlight in the partially-closed eye has changed shape.
    Leave a little more of a border around your pieces when you are cropping next time. I will looks better and your creatures won't seem to be pushing against the edge of the page.

    Nice! There is a lot of character in this guys face. I agree with emily g on the second set of eyes. I would like to see how this character is interacting with the ground plane. Is he sticking through a hole? Does he slither on the ground, and the rest of his body is behind him? Is that his whole body, and he hops around? Just something I was curious about.

    Looking forward to seeing more,

    The face of the slug is excellent, but you loose the feeling of form as you get to the bottom. I dont know what is happening there.. Rework the bottom and give it all of that coolness you have in the face.
