Is my composition boring and empty again?

I like the POV, but the piece is very flat due to lack of value range and lacks a focal point. There also seems to be some perspective issues. For instance, the width of the main road fails to diminish as it gets further away, and the lines of the roof of the long building stay parallel. Also, many things fail to cast a shadow. Overall, the scene is very sparse for such an expanse.

I too think you should work on your perspective! The composition is alright, but you lack a focal point. I did a small paintover, trying to use larger brushes to simplify and make the form more readable. Tried fixing some perspective issues and adding a bit more contrast to the house to make it a bit of a focal point. Removed the animal and some trees which you had scaled incorrectly. I didn't fix the fence, although that too has some issues. If you want help with perspective, check out Ernest Norling's Perspective made easy, it teaches a lot of stuff about perspective really well!
