    First Time Poster, Critique/paintovers appreciated

Hello so this is my first post to this part of the site, I haven't been very active here but could really use the help. So a few months ago I got commissioned for a client for a World of Warcraft piece not knowing what I was getting myself into. Any who, I've been cranking away at this and have been learning a lot and trying to get as much input as I can with it. So that's where I need your help. I only have 2 more weeks till the deadline and reaching a point where I know stuff needs fixed before rendering but not knowing what direction to go.
If anyone could help me by giving a critique/redline/paint over I would greatly appreciate it. Hope to hear from some of you soon.
This was the reference document I was sent from the client if that helps:
Thanks and sorry bout the long winded text

The most glaring issues I see have to do with values. You have no focal point and no consistency in light sources.

    My portfolio

Would you like to see my drawr-rings?

Will design for food, provided that we all agree that money is edible.
