One of the minor races of my setting Genius Loci. They are brachiators and thus, gibbons were among my main inspirations when doing the sketches below; at bottom is the final race sheet.

    Thanks!

I did these sketches in the hopes to find a medium I would get along better with than the good ol' pencil. Particularly black pastel chalks are very nice. I also liked the oil pastels, but I'll have to get some more differentiated colours (and less saturated) than the beginner's box I was given holds.

    Thanks everyone!

Made-up character meaning "Hatami", a ship's name in a sci-fi setting, to be worn on the ship's hull. The small katakana characters spell it correctly.

City thumbnails I did for a book cover that never came to be. I don't do a lot of cityscapes, I'm scared by the need for accurate perspective

awesome thumbnails, you have a good imagination and a good sketching hand! Maybe I would try more to intensify the dark and the light of your thumbnails.

Based on a photograph found on deviantArt, done with Painter's pastels. Working time: about an hour.

Something with the attachments, I fixed it.
Yeah, I like giving my creatures some colour. Not all need to be brown and grey

Study based on a photograph, using Painter's Real Watercolor brushes.

The sword is a prop for a friend.
The other thing is a test tower for a top-down sci-fi game. Never did that before, but it went okay, except that I should have separated the layers better and would have needed only half the time

Small painting with the sketch I based it on. I tried to make it look a little classical with the brown background and lighting.
