Way too much visual noise in the picture, makes it very uncomfortable to look at. Also destroys any possibility of having a real focal point. Everything is just way too busy.

Yeah, it's a visual mess and very flat, since nothing really changes depending on how far/close it is (like the floating symbol thing, the ones closes to the ground would be a lot more faint), and overall the whole background looks like a city photo put through a photoshop filter.

Wow, cool character. Like benedikt said, the whole scene is a little to flashy. I have darkened the background so your char and the powerjump tail got more focus.
"I think Im still missing something idk!"
Maybe you can add an interesting object (building, animal...) on the left side that only your char can see.

Thank you so much! other people barely even critique!
So do I have to us atmospheric perspective to improve focus!?!

Thank you for the critique!
Yeah I used a photo of a plain city looking from above. I just darken them and used lighten and overlay to make the city glow!! I used Tokyo city as the lights reference! And also the faraway red tower and those buildings ! But thank you man!! I was thinking about those symbols all the time!! Can you please tell me what can I do to make the visual less messy!! Thank you!

Wow thank you man so I just need to focus on the character and the symbols right?

The way you got that arm rendered out is just odd, there arm should be pronated in the position you have it so I am suppose to be seeing a bicep where you have two muscles in the middle of the arm. The deltoid or shoulder seems a lot smaller in contrast to the rest of the arm. It's hard to fake out muscle anatomy without someone noticing so make sure you do your research and shoot more reference.

Thank you thank you!!! I need to work hard on anatomy!! I took a reference of the arm too!! But I didn't notice that!! Tks
