I don't think you have yet understood how those simplified heads work and how they change in perspective. Especially lines you put over the bearded guy's head make no sense.
Give Proko's head video a watch. He does a good job at explaining the forms and proportions of the simplified head: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EPNYWeEf1U

I see that the ellipses at the sides of the head were way off; they should touch the eyebrow. I also see that the lines within the ellipses are way off. Thanks for the video link

Great sketchbook with a nice amount of variety. Always good to see draw a box excercises and these constructions of heads seem to be coming along nicely too. I think for drawing over those heads it's better if you try to construct them next to the photo on your own first and then either move your construction lines over the drawing to see where you're off or compare the over the picture drawn lines to your own construction lines. Keep going, you're doing the right stuff for really fast improvement!

It's looking pretty good so far. Finish it.

Hey it's KOS-MOS, that's a character I've not seen in a long time, so that's fun. Anyway, I would argue your previous attempt was better. The simpler rendering of the hair in the previous image was more effective. But also, while the anime eyes worked for the face, the more realistic eyes make it look like she's got far too much forehead. Maybe just follow how you were originally doing it rather than following a tutorial that doesn't really mesh with how you draw.
