And I'll try to post as many as I can, I guess I'm kinda stuck so I need a boost!

Welcome~! Amazing stuff you've got here. I'm really loving the Thom Yorke "Lotus Flower" drawings. Dancing with that man is on my bucket list.

Are you aiming to draw figure from mind ?
Even if you want always draw from model, some structure , proportions knowledge will always have benefits.
Also be sure to check and recheck proportions.
The last one 's hair seems a bit small (the overall mass)
