    Nicholas' sketchbook

Not sure what to say here. I'm 16 (2014), and I aspire to be an artist and such. Help me improve, maybe?

This is a practice/request I done for someone. Yes, Pokemon.

Random concept art of a new eeveelution I made. You can see from this point that I really like Pokemon a lot, but rest assured that isn't all that I draw.

I will post my traditionally done works some time later on.

Hello! Before I begin, sorry for over painting your image without your permission.
Anyways I'm not sure what shape that specific salmon had, but by the way you drew it, I can assume it was sort of cubic. If that's the case, then your perspective is a bit off. Look up some videos on 2 point perspective. Really good rendering btw. Nice edge control, which leads me to believe that you've watched ctrl + paint. I'm not sure whether the dish is supposed to be square or round. I just made it squareish. So to review what I just said - try to get the structure of the objects and the perspective right, otherwise this is really good. For how long have you been drawing?
Btw my version isn't all that better, since the salmon doesn't appear to be standing on the plane of the dish, but that wasn't what I was focused on. Srry for the long comment.
