Ahem I'm not much of a critique but I'll give it a shot. Love the style your'e going for! I believe the lighting is coming from top down? I'm not sure if this was intentional but her whole face seems lighter than her body. I think you can push the values a bit more and make things more darker like under her neck for example and bring a lot of that white in to the chest. I don't really know if white was meant to be her skin tone. She reminds me of Ronald McDonald ahah. There isn't really any direction to where the hair is coming from it looks like it's just sitting on her head. It also looks too high in contrast. You should indicate the strands of hair coming from the scalp protruding outwards and flowing down. The anatomy in the shoulders and clavicle are just a little off. The lips seems just a little off too. I think your main problem was value. Some value studies would help a lot! (: Hope you post more! Here's the revised version:

I also did a paint over. I think that your character is wicked cute. I love her skin tone (especially paired with her red hair). What I did was smooth out her skin a bit and I think I accidentally changed her face shape. Forgive me for butchering your character, she's just so cute! Anyway, I think the light was coming from up above (I should have bumped the shadows and high lights up more but...) Always zoom out hardcore when you're painting to see if the values "read", at least in my opinion that helps when it comes to determining if the light source comes across. You have some great lights and darks (contrast) in your original drawing though, I just blended them a bit. Forgive me if you don't like the paint over. D: I've never done one before!

I love how you rendered her you have a good eye for values, I also zoom in and out like crazy but I think I still make my values way too light.

While I can not say I really like the skin tone, I think you really should finish it. Give a little more attention to hair and eyes, decrease the blur and then you will have a wonderful portrait!

I really like what you did to her so far! (especially rendering wise). Very good job! I love the addition of the eyebrow piercing also.
