    My dreams!

Yay! I'll introduce myself first! My Name is Nhat-Vu aka Uinku, I've been drawing as soon as I could hold a pencil, I still have a lot to learn and am still experimenting alot! I mostly use gouache and India Ink. And don't forget to check out my sketchbook

I remembered some freaky dreams, and decided to paint them! I'll post WIP's in my sketchbook topic later because I don't have any batteries for my camera to upload them!
And a lot of manheat for Nivbed, he's the one who gave me the idea to draw my dreams .

    My dreams!
This dream was about an alien boxer who gave a very big fish with arms and multiple eyes a piggyback-ride. the fish didn't like it and puked 2D water. His anatomy is flawed, I know :crying:

    My dreams!
I totally screwed his legs, too lazy to correct them Y_Y.

    My dreams!
And this isn't a dream, but I post it here anyway. This is a quickie, I wanted to try my new 'brushpen', the lady in the shop said it was a brushpen, but it's just a felt-pen with a pointy tip :pissed: . I tried it, and it's pretty awesome .

Now give me the good, harsh crits baby

These are awesome. Your style rules!
The pink crocodile one is my fave. You have a nice retro look going.

Now, you dreamed about a fish puking up 2D water? o_O
I don't recall dreaming about anything 2D. So, the alien, fish, and everything in the scene were 3D, but the water looked 2D?

these are really cool! I have no crits on these, but it would be interesting to see you take one of them to a fully-orchestrated finish level. Keep all the weird subconscious stuff but research the anatomy fully.

bwkeoug: You're right, I'm still busy studying anatomy, so I see these as a practise.

Great stuff as unsual Uinku. I'm not sure what it is about your work that I like so much, and don't care to know either. Suffice to say, it's refreshingly different to most of the stuff you see here.

    keep posting man
