Looking for ways to improve my art.

I've been drawing my whole life, however all my drawings are done without knowledge of foundations such as lighting, composition, dynamic sketching, and life drawing. I'm only 16 and I have developed a skill for digital painting digitally, but I have never been able to finish one due to the lack of knowledge on fundamentals. I've always wanted to do landscape/environment paintings and I never really knew where and how to develop skills in order to do so. So where should i begin?

I didn't think it was possible to be called an artist when you have nothing to say. It's like being a writer who publishes individual words as books and expects to be praised for it.

Of these three options, what do you need help with:

    1. Making good enough pieces. Your pieces are not satisfying to you in terms of quality of output et cetera?

    2. Finishing the pieces. You get stuck mid way and don't reach a state where you consider a piece to be complete?

    3. other?

The heights by great men reached and kept,
Were not attained by sudden flight,
For they, while they companions slept,
Were toiling upwards in the night"
