    Adding hair

I am learning to sculpt and would like to add some hair to a piece, how is the best way to do this? The figue is aprox 9" in super sculpty, as of yet ufinished and unbaked. I am looking for thin wispy hair. I plan to paint it and therefore think it is best to add thehair after painting. Thanks!

I'd love some tips about that too.
I'd also like to make the hair real stiff once it's glued to the head (has to stay up ).. any tips on that?
