    About a year and a half on the concept side and 6-7 months in the marketing.

    Interesting! I don't know if you're confortable talking about the business side, but I'm very curious about some aspects.
    For example, did the workflow allow you to work on parallel projects?

    Wow! I love the gritty realism and texture that you put into this work. All the effort really shows. Wikipedia says that this game just came out in NA yesterday. I think I'm going to have to get my hands on it.

    At some point I had to lend a hand working on Tomb Raider. It lasted for a couple of months and than I went back to Thief.
