    Use gloves.
-We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.

-Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon 'em.

keep tissues or a towel close to your drawing station.
Or turn the heating down a tad.

    1. Use a plastic sheet protector to cover the part of your drawing under your hand. It's a good idea in general, sweat or no sweat.

    2. Wear archivists' cotton gloves. Cut tips off two fingers and the thumb of the glove that goes on your dominant hand.

Do you experience the same when handwriting, typing, using your phone, eating with forks/knife/chopsticks?
If not, it may be drawing that makes you anxious.

I know nothing about anxiety issues, but to help your hand relax could be a start. Use a fountain pen for drawing. It forces you to hold your hand steady and relaxed, because a fountain pen may get damaged if you hold it with a cramped hand and too much pressure.
    Good luck!

Strangely , only for drawing, when playong video games (I had been for 6 years now) I never experienced it in a regular basis as when I am drawing.
    Thanks for the tip though

Well you can see a doctor, they have methods for disengaging your sweat glands in your palms.

+ what people have said, but also finger-less gloves feel just as close to full control as without them =-). I use them since my hands get cold.

You could get an operation but is it really worth it? I have friends with various degrees of sweaty palms and some are really bad but they are fine. Don't worry too much about it.
