@ Basham - Thanks a lot for the kind words! It's tough sometimes, and their are sometimes I do fall off course. But, eventually I get back on track and try to look at those mistakes as experience and try to learn from them and hopefully not repeat them.
So pretty much the usual again, only thing out of the ordinary is the extended modeled drawing study in the current section of The Natural Way to Draw.

For the digital sketch I did only using the default circle brush it kinda just looks like a mess of lines, lol. It's hard for me to do landscapes and scenery. I get so caught up in all the detail of trying to draw all the little things accurately like the shrubbery or rocks and whatnot. But I think the quick studies where I laid value down instead with a dry brush instead are alright, and much more enjoyable personally than the fine point drawing, in today's scenario at least.

Phew, it's been like 2 full weeks now since I came back from that 3 month leave from here and from doing my daily lessons. It feels great actually getting back to drawing, although some of these lessons aren't the funnest to do. I'd like to start to incorporate an actual art subject to start to focus on and improve in like perspective. But, I always tend to postpone my studying until fairly late in my day to the point I have to stay up late and rush in order to complete it sometimes. So I wanna get that all worked out before I try adding more things to do.

So in The Natural Way to Draw at the end of section 10 it says to repeat the schedule, so I shall. I was debating whether I was gonna repeat it or not but finally decided I will, might as well get as much out of this book as I can. Also, tried out doing a little animation today. I found a nice free 2d animation program. It's called Plastic Animation Paper, it was the best free 2d animation program I could find. Here's a link to the site where it can be found http://animationpaper.com/.

You are doing a massive amount of sketches!
Your still lives are really good, especially the ones of machine-things. Everything just looks spot on!
The more organic ones, like the apple, could use a little more work, but with the frantic amount of sketches you're doing, that is hardly a problem you will have for long.
Your figures are definitely getting better from all the scribbles and studies. That last woman with the spear is looking good, as well as the guy with his back turned. Have you had the chance to draw an actual live model or are you using things like pixelovely?
If no, persuade your significant other/brother/mother/cousin to pose for a bit. Sure, they might not be naked, but can still give you valuable practice.
Animation too is an interesting endeavour. The only critique I have on your ball is that it flattens out rather slowly, making for a slow-mo bounce. It's nothing major though.
Keep up the good work, I'll be back

@ BHDH - Hehe, thanks a lot!
Yeah I think the mechanical type things are easier to draw since it's usually more easy for me at least to discern their forms. But, perhaps I'll keep that in mind and try to find more natural stuff to draw to try and focus on bettering it.
I've never drawn a model from life. I only used online resources like the one you mentioned to draw figures from.
Ah, lol yeah maybe I made too many frames for the flattening out. I haven't done any study of animation at all, just been messing around in it, it's fun stuffs. Thanks again for the kind words and help!
And here's more stuffs, sorry about the kinda sporadic posting the last few days. Been thinking over my plan for branching out to other sites and whatnot.
