quitting job in 6 months: its time to grind!

Hey guys! First of all I'd like to thank you for checking this sketchbook out. My name is Satoshi and I'm 19(20 soon). This place is full of awesome and inspiring people and I thought if I was gonna make a crazy goal happen this would have to be the place! So, its basically as the title says: Im gonna quit my part time job in 6 months. The condition being that I can make around the same amount of money doing something with art. I'm thinking about maybe doing commissions or something like that, I'm a complete noob in so many different things so im not sure "how" yet I just know that I'm gonna quit that job in 6 months!!haha So its time to get those skills up and grind!! That being said I totally appreciate any sort of advice and feedback and all that good stuff, so much thanks to anyone who does that. Alright Lets DO THIS!

UPDATE: Actually my job is over so erm.. the grind is still on but not the 6 months O.O

This first post is just gonna be to show where I am now, as to track the progress. I think I'll be posting mostly fundamental and anatomy sort of things though. I hope Im doing this right...Attachment 1870655 Attachment 1870657

Good luck with your goal Satoshi, I'm not sure if it is only at my end but the picture does not load for me.

EDIT: Can see the picture now.

Good thing you managed to fix it!
I must say that I like how you went about doing the face of the character.

    I do!
Just resumed my sketchbook after a 2 year break.
So got a new first post and a small sketchbook update at the bottom:

Pindurski did mention quite a handy thing, I should really do that to my own sketchbook. (:
