KJK: Glad to see you on here again! If you plan on submitting a final though, just keep it to one character.

@ Aeon: "I would love to finish a character and apply new techniques that I haven`t had the courage to face before." Sounds like you have your answer then. Use your line work to give yourself enough of an idea, and just start laying down values &/or color. Working digitally is an extremely forgiving process, so create new layers, paint freely and confidently, and collapse when you find you've solidified that part of the painting. At least, that's how I've been working lately...just my $.02. I'm sure other, more accomplished artist/painters will have their own thoughts on the matter. Regardless, keep going

Kraemology: I am trying to colour this shit, but it`s not working. At ALL! It`s enormously frustrating..I don`t know how to read the volumes at all. It is easy when you are doing studies, but it is goddamn hard from imagination.. I`ll post some of my unpleasant results tomorrow. Thanks once more for the input, Kraem!

I'm thinking of making a shark like child who's coming to drink all our water :/ I have to figure out where all that water's going though. <.<

Aeon, just keep at it. If it's not frustrating then you probably aren't challenging yourself.

Hi guys! Awesome round going on.
KJK inspired me to give this a go. Might not make the deadline though we'll see!
I think sharks are the most brutal thing out there so I'm thinking of trying to get a Gears/Unreal Tournament vibe with the armour.

AnthonyV: Sorry mate, but this doesn't qualify as humanoid. You basically made a mermaid.

Still a bit of work to do, before submitting my final tonight. Still some readability issues to fix, which I'm hoping a general lighting pass will help once the details are rendered.
