Wacom Cintiq 22HD - Surface rough on some parts / pen doesn't glide very good

    Hey everyone.

I received my new Cintiq 22HD (non-touch) today which I ordered over Amazon.
I'm quite happy with the devide. It's amazing to use but there's one thing that's really annoying me and I'm wondering if it's normal or not.

Compared to my old Intuos 3, the surface is not regulary smooth.
The upper left corner of the screen is nice and smooth, the pen glides perfectly.
But on the bottom part of the screen, the surface feels slightly different and then pen isn't gliding very good.
    Is this normal?

It doesn't feel right in my opinion, but it could also be that I need to get used to it?
Strange feelings about it and I'm happy for help and advice.

Edit: A friend of mine describes it as more rough parts on the screen.
Any wacom guy who can confirm that this shouldn't be the case?

SOLVED! Looks like it was some light layer of mud. I used a microfiber cloth and rubbed over it with a bit stronger pressure. Now the screen is smooth everywhere. Sometimes I still notice some parts, but then I just go over it with the cloth and then it's fine. Just a matter of a few more days til I found every corner, haha.
