    Cintiq Discolouration

    Hi Guys,

I've got a new cintiq, but I noticed some discolouration. Has anyone experience this? What did you do?

It is noticeable if I'm using a white background like in photoshop or sketchbook pro.

Which Cintiq did you get? How is it discolored? This could mean a lot of things.

All of the new Cintiqs have very strong anti-glare coatings (except maybe the 13HD? People haven't reported a lot about it), which can make it appear discolored in small areas.

You could be having a distortion from nearby electrical things? Try moving away from anything that could mess with it.

    Thanks for the reply bluebee.

I got a cintiq 22hd touch, when I say it's discolored I meant when I'm on a white background you'll notice a light yellowish color on some part of the screen, but the bottom is white. I've tested it on different applications it's the same.

I don't have any electrical things that would affect my monitor, what I only have is a laptop that's connected to it.

That would definitely be an issue with the monitor itself. Call wacom and they should replace it for you.
I personally have issues with mine being too dark, I find it almost completely unusable
