Hello all! And before you all start panicking, Anime is my main art style because it's one of my main influences, but when I started to seriously learn how to draw and apply it to learning how to design games, it wasn't what I used to train myself to be a better artist. I learn from observing real people and then stylize it into my own style. That being said, I know there is always room for improvement. I have a Deviantart and a FurrAffinity account, but I haven't gotten much help from those sites. The accolades are nice, but I'd rather people comment on how well/poorly I did something. So I'm posting my stuff here to see if you guys have something constructive to say. A word of caution, I am and adult, and therefore like/am asked to draw adult things; and if the NSFW prefix hadn't warned you enough, then I'm not sure what is. Though I'll try to keep it as tame as possible. I guess the only thing left to do is start posting stuff I started posting on my DA account up till today to show you guys my progress. Here goes...!

These images are for when I decided to make the transition from traditional to digital. Before I had done so I had picked up drawing again after a long period of not doing so. These were done with a mouse, because I didn't have a tablet yet.
Here, I started getting more serious with my artwork. I began looking into anatomy study, but I was still into anime. Since I was submitting my work on DA, I joined a club and began using one of their "projects" as a way to motivate me practicing. Also, as I was using Photoshop at the time, I began dropping in some lazy backgrounds.
Around this time, I took to some anatomy books I bought at Barnes and Nobles, and started practicing with human anatomy.
Here, I decided to experiment with shading and lighting more. I also started showing signs where my own style was starting to appear (although it wouldn't solidify until many more drawings later). The last picture here serves as a bit of a checkpoint for me, to see how far I've come in terms of skill.
Finally got my hands on a tablet, and started switching to going 100% digital. I was still using Photoshop at the time to achieve some neat effects, but I soon heard of/switched over to Paint Tool Sai. I stopped lining my drawings with a mouse, and started doing it free-hand.
Getting comfortable with drawing on a tablet with Sai. Also started experimenting with drawing anthro art (got an FA account by now).
Aaaaaand now we're caught up. Like I said, I'm all for improvements in wherever needed. Any and all constructive criticism is welcome and needed. Thanks, guys.
I love how you improved so friggin fast, and your ideas are pretty cool too.
I like how expressive your characters are very cool
Looking good! I would suggest you continue those figure studies, because learning form will only make your more expressive line work better! Great start mate!
A quick sketch before I go to sleep. Was watching All Dogs go to Heaven, and decided to do a sketch of Anne-Marie from the same movie. Not used to drawing children or child-like proportions. I'll get to some anatomy studies later, probably this weekend.
