    Zombie Apocalypse Is This Finished ??

    Hello there ithis is my first thread on here and i just want some help with this problem i don't know if this painting is finished yet what do you think just your opinion you don't need to be an expert any answer would be greatly appreciated

    is this finished is it presentable what do you think what is wrong with it is there any specific area that isn't finished how do you think i can fix it ???

    because of the line across the architecture it feels like two separate panels. a dark street light pole or some architectural element that runs vertically would help tie the image together compositionally. Also I would suggest using the dark darks as accents in the areas of focus and importance. When the dark is all over it has the effect of confusing the eye into not knowing what is most important the the piece.

    That is a complex image and a lot of work. Keep at it.

    thank you so much iv already worked on it a bit putting 100 percent black smoke rising up from the left fire that frames the building and concentrates the image a bit better im a lot happier with it now thanks for your repy

    There is a floodlight and there ISN'T heavy shadows on all of those zombies? How you applied light is all screwed up. Definitely work on your values my man, you will feel really good when you get them right.

    Ok cool thanks for your replies ill make sure to comment on and critique your next posts you advice was very helpful and iv made a few minor changes im alot happier with it especially considering how fast it was done like 4-5 hours and i ok now with moving on to my next painting/drawing here it is if you wanna look again very subtle changes no massive paint over but i think its good enough to move on now so thanks again
