Wow, I can't wait. I hope it breathes even more life into CA, that would be FANTASTIC to see. Best of luck to you in your future and I hope you keep pushing forward!
I hope so, but Jason has a ton of stuff to do/is doing. I'd like people to be patient please.
SO is it because of business practices like this that you got kicked out of Massive Black and now TAD?
Meh it was contained in '09, look what happened, CA became the sorry sight it is now.
I don't think you understand "contained"
Sorry Sight it is now...Its a place for people to post art...its built and maintained by artist, none of this has ever changed it has its ups and downs just like anything.
I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but this is not the CA of old.
O please inform me great master with your infinite knowledge, Its not that freakin hard to see that the active users are down and the forms have slowed a bit. Yeah I know what it was like but every forum has its ups and downs, the function of the site hasn't changed nor will it.
You're cool bro.
Yoga is pretty great. I like yoga.
I met wonderful people on this board, learned from each other.
There was a real sense of community, the activities were actually active with hundreds of entries.
Last Man Standing was awesomely amazing, thanks to Cody "motherfucking" Tilson.
The level of people was extremely competitive.
Thunderdomes were a thing that actually happened often.
Those are just few things.
That's why gorilla artfare was created and so many other splinter communities happened afterwards.
I came back because I missed those times.
I'm not sure if that past can be recaptured, not from lack of trying though.
Well, i wish there were a different place to go with the same lvl of activity that there is here... even if its not as much as it used to be back then... there is not a whole lot of places like this one... not yet, CGhub is kinda quiet place actually .. nobody posts anything outside of the challenges area... thats about it.. the front page with all the pretty pics.. and challenges.. but no "community"
If anybody knows of a great art forum with potential for " The Next CA" please do share...
Or after CA falls... people need to gather and rise a new community from the ashes.. an honest one..
Jason Manley, and so everyone using this forum should know who they are dealing with. There are a lot of people on this site that I am sure are not yet aware of what's going on. They should all know, especially if they are planning on spending money on anything he is involved with.
