Hum... not really sorry
Old maps were done with many many many details and yours is "too simple". There is nothing on it that could help someone to find a way.
Just drawing the external line isn't enough : the mountains do not indicate where the mountains starts or ends, the rivers is'nt really understandable too and the ocean feel like other mountains... You need to give more more informations and be really clear about what you are showing. You have a basis, now you should work the elements
Here a very simple map too, but look at how montains are clearly designed, forests too. There is no confusion possible about "what" each element represent.
This one is even better, still simple and still clear.
Back to reality with one of our world here it is still simple and they found a way to indicate topology in a different way...
And another one very funny : they do not let the perspective "flat" it's a little like looking to the horizon.

I can tell by the really sharp points on some of the corners you made this with a vector based program, probably Illustrator and it's a stroked line. Unfortunately with maps, the more perfect the lines look, the more cartoony/fake it looks. Edges of land are very wavy and scribbly. It's honestly one of my favorite things about map making, while you need to think about where you are putting lines, they don't need to be perfect and shouldn't be.
I would go over your vector design in photoshop and draw over those lines by hand. Be a little jagged-y, if that makes sense.
