Well, my name is Tyler and I haven't been on here for a long time, but I think it's about time to come back. I've been a caricature artist for the past 4 years and recently started a new job at a small game company, so I'm craving some fresh eyes, new insights and loads of crits. I have no doubt I'll get all that from here.
I want to experience it all from concept art to illustration to animation. I'm in my mid twenties now (bah), but it's never too late to become the artist I've always sought to be.
So I suppose my goal is to better my creativity with color and lighting as well as overall design and composition. I feel my weak points are architecture, some dynamic lighting, and some creature design. Part of it might be my interest in those topics too, but I'll still try to focus on improving those aspects.

So I tried to take the Necromancer in the previous post to a complete concept. So following the previous sketch are the levels that I took him through.
As always, thanks for looking and any comments, etc are appreciated.
Started with a style and basic appearance.
Flesh out a few more details of his outfit.
Went to a black and white render.
Finished him off with a full colored concept.
