Question perspective foreshortening and body pastures

Hey all I'm battling with drawing extreme body pastures and perspective foreshortening, I tend to over think i most of the time and it ends in frustration. Usually though copy what I see like the fundamental body poses like 3quarter, side and front but cant do the same for the others for example: if a character hands moves infront of the camera and camera is positioned underneath the character facing upwards. This is compulsary to animating, what would be the best way to practice or some advice.

First of all, you should start a sketchbook in the sketchbook thread for specific advice on what you need to work on. Without seeing your work we can only offer broad advice.

    - do lots of perspective studies.
    - observe more. Spend some time looking at objects and people in perspective. A sketch partner is great because you can take turns posing for each other and working out solutions to various problems. Take some pictures of yourself or a friend and analyze them -- or use a mirror
    - look for examples of foreshortening in illustration and animation and spend time analyzing the work. How do other people do it?

I didn't think of that but this link shows some of my most recent drawings, thanks though for the broad advice.
