Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
Hello again, it has been a while since I've been on the forum. However I'm back to making a habit of updating here. I have a fair bit of process work and sketches I'd love to share but just never got around to actually doing it. Feel more than free to say anything you like/ask anything you like! :D
Thanks for visiting.

Thanks guys! Crits are more than welcome Here's something I started today.
quick sketch before bed
Thanks eightball! Definitley going to be posting more studies. Here's a WIP of a still life from tonight.
Wish I had more to post but school is officially in full swing.
Awesome job man! You really nail your color/master studies!
Its been a while since I've posted anything. I've got a lot to post but not much time to get it all up. Anywho, here are some sketches of lil nemo characters.
5-10 min head studies
I really think its bs that you have to enter text into the message box. Anywho, more 15 min comp studies.
Out of curiosity, what are those sets of twin thumbnails? Color studies on existing artwork ? It looks like an interesting exercice, but I'd rather be sure what it's exactly about before trying.
They're composition studies. You take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes studying compositions from anything you like really and study the elements that make 'em work. The colors, the massing of lights and darks, shapes, energy etc. Thery're alot of fun to do
you had me at Mignola.....ahahah j/k amazing work...those color/value studies are amazing..do you work on them at that size? keep it up!
Yep i keep as small as I can. I only go slightly larger on longer 30 min studies but at most maybe twice the size you're seeing them at.
Yesss! that last still life is really solid. the only thing that I see right now is that the cookie reflection in the apple may be too light of a value and it combined with the darker value right above it looks like a little hole in the apple.
But theres always going to be something that could be improved. I really like it though!!!
Really great stuff. I like how you're managing to really capture the mood in each of those paintings you're studying.
Nice SB, reminds me I gotta get back to work!
