Mwar harhahagr! Its ON! ( well once im clear how this exactly works, its like this one yes? but with an actual finish) Prepare t'walk th' plank!!!
I think we get someone neutral to choose a topic and then set a deadline, then put it in the lounge for everyone to vote. I have three important events coming up and a class I need to prep for, so I will need about a month out deadline, if it pleases you.
The losers have to wear in their custom title or signature "I lost an art duel to -screenname-" for a month. maybe with a link to the winners sketchbook
I will go bug William B Hand to choose a topic since he is good at that sort of thing (and other things, but this being mainly what we need)
What do you think?

I think it would be even more fun with whoever feels up to the challenge being included.
Topic has to be neutrally chosen. we both have strengths that are (curiously) mismatched. Give it a few days for the topic to be chosen.
:::::has no idea what raoul duke is going on about
please explain ::::
I just been assigned to do a Satanic children's book tonight, it would be very cool if I could make an image for that with this challenge. But id like to wait a few days to give a chance for a response
Here are a few themes.
1-The Incendiary Princess and the F.R.O.G. (flame resistant obstinate guy): hanging out with Alice, in Wonderland
2-What you think your opponent looks like when rolling out of bed after an all night drunk-on.
3-Wrong place, wrong time: a time-machine mishap
5-A Goth vs a Baptist fundamentalist: a cage match
6-The astrologer and the astrophysicist: a love match
7-Richard Dawkins in a food fight at Hogwarts
8-Self-portrait as an insect
9-Self-portrait (painted with your other hand)
10-A scene a picosecond before the Big Bang
Well we can do insect self portraits. That's pretty damned hilarious.
I notified BlackSpot we need a topic, WBH sometimes doesn't check his pm's for months and I lost his phone #
It just needs to be fair because we hate each other. Pretty sure he plays Alliance, too.

After due consideration and only one cup of coffee, I went through the IOW suggestion thread and nicked this idea as it'll suit both contestants - Alien Nursery. Final pictures to be posted on 28 February. Let battle commence.
Say someone wants to join.. that someone must post the picture in this thread? including wips?
We can just follow the Weekly model, WIP's here and then finals in a finals thread with progress images, except with multiple images being okay. I plan on at least a couple of alien grubs along with the enviroment itself.
After the crib, mobile/entertainment and comforting enviroment for the caretaker, I think it's important to know who you are caring for. I personally love greys so I'll be a bit vanilla in my choice of alien, but the females rarely stray from home and have some interesting reproductive features.
I loved this corridor from doom 3 so I flipped it over and made it into my glowing-circle floor idea. feels like I have something of an idea of where this is going to go. Come on people, play with me !!!!
if you lose you have to wear a badge of shame saying how you lost to the person who wins the vote. i can't work on this now, I have a sims social quest with a hot naked cartoon man, and a 60th birthday dinner to plan.
ok sorry i forgot about this, heres couple of hours, i thought maybe the aliens owned the nursury. nersery. kindergarten.
