    The anatomy of the hand is flawed in several places and shapes and planes lack definition. I think that it would be a better learning experience for you if you did several of these studies in pencil until you understand hands better before you spend so much time colouring a single one.

    It's worse than that Captain - his thumb got chopped off with his pinkie before getting pushed forward dislocating it.

    Did you do this from life? It's hell trying to keep your hand in the same place for too long. Try laying it down and starting again. This time spend more time on the structure before commencing colour.

    And don't mind our little jokes.


    I didn't think it was possible to be called an artist when you have nothing to say. It's like being a writer who publishes individual words as books and expects to be praised for it.
