    Nice work Gregor. You say the perspective is weird, but I like to play around with weird perspectives sometimes, really forcing the perspective.

    Looking good.
    I think the main thing you should study is light. I'm still working on it, and its amazing what some artists can do with it. Just look at objects and see how the light goes.

    Find my other stuff at:

    At Conceptart.org: my Sketchbook.
    My art blog: the Endless Doodle;
    My webcomic: Hostel Monsters;
    And my short stories published by I Citizen Magazine.

    wip - for now i am happy with this, because i did not use any color-, overlay-layers or references for getting the colors.

    Hey Dude, very nice artwork.
    How did you put the colors on this one: http://conceptart.org/forums/attachm...9&d=1360796192 ??
    What kind of layers and brushes??

    Keep the good job.

    hey thanks! as you can still see at the left bottom, i just took the softbrush and placed some colors under the linedraw and then went over on a layer at the top (almost with the softbrush). i set the colors of the cheeks with an overlay-layer and then also went over. hope that helps, greets and cheers!

    I love how you build up colour from rough to refined.. there is so much I can learn from this. Your work is so varied, from scenes to characters and from relistic to cartoony. I can't really think of any crits atm haha. Keep up the good work!!

    Hey man looks really good, not sure what to critique on but the perspective looks of on the kitchen drawing. But that's 10 months ago so you've probably learned alot since then. All I can say is update your sketchbook more often so all the people on here can enjoy your great drawings!

    Ma Sketchbook brings all the girls to the forums, damn right its worse than yours.

    @Dennis: lol, yes. until now I pursuaded myself that the close vanishing points makes the perspective look weird, but now that I am looking at it again, I think you are right^^ -- it really weird. I hope I learned something..^^
    @Roxana: thank you! I am going to try^^.
    ok. and here are some quicker ones inspired by mr--jack. the first one took me 2h, the other about 25 min. If you wonder about the variation of the image sizes, I am just trying to find a size which is more comfortable to look at. if you want me to upload them in a higher res, just tell me^^.
