Still a basic shape and portrait from imagination to do...
Referenced... Been contemplating painting wrapped Easter eggs for weeks (yes, they've been selling those for about a month already), finally did it! I didn't expect I'd be able to do it, but of course I hoped I would, so now I'm not certain whether or not to be disappointed! o_O
Gave up on the colour study when I started messing up the face.
From imagination... The hands are from a bit earlier.

Gah, I didn't draw the past two days. Going to update daily now! Then everyone will reprimand me and kick me back into working or something, right? Oh, I forgot, nobody is interested xD
Nah, I think updating daily will help, because it'll confront me more with how little or how much I did in a day, versus just doing a weekly minimum and being proud of anything extra.
Speaking of my weekly minimum, I didn't make it last week. That's a first. Well, have to do it twice this week, then.
I don't have practica tomorrow, so I should make use of that to get rid of all the organizational stuff that's occupying my mind these days... Ah, I'll have to fix my sleep pattern -_-' Just feels kinda useless, as other people don't respect my sleep schedule. Next sunday I'll also have to work till midnight, so eh... Well, I should fix it anyhow. No sleep = no work.
You know what's bugging me as well? I have no funds to send my brother a birthday gift. While I easily postpone birthday gifts till months after date, my brother is such a great person, he deserves to get his on time! Mmh...
Anyhow, this post contains my drawings of 9 feb and 10 feb.
Imagination... Second scan is the only page I did on 10 feb.

Hey there, I see some improvements on the head and hands already, don't give up, I think posting daily will help you push yourself, and you aren't as bad with colors as you think. If you post daily you gain yourself a stalker lol.
M.Calza - Ha, I thought I was in the wrong sketchbook when I saw your comment. Thanks heaps!
And well, daily updating helps already because I'm like "Hell no, just three hands in a whole day??!!" (doodles don't count)
The mail services and uni sites I need atm are on strike, so I might have no choice but to spend time drawing. :3
Try to make a schedule for the updating daily thing, goals, it'll help you keep focused, about the color, try to use a 100% hard brush without pressure, it'll help you pick the colors better, I'll have to do it myself too.
Keep it up!
M.Calza - Yeah, you're right (on both!). I should make a schedule. Have no idea for one yet, have to make work of it.
I also read your reply in your sketchbook. To me they look impressive o_o
So... figures! Doing some hands from imagination would be recommended too. Mmh... think I'll choose sleep instead. Well, then that's something to go on tomorrow's sloppy make-do schedule. And skin colour studies.
M.Calza - Hey, you were serious about the stalking part.
Mmh, well, those portraits in post n°9 and n°7 are from imagination to the best of my ability. But they are a few weeks old, so hopefully already irrelevant. xD Anyhow, remark noted.
So... I did hands from imagination. Very frustrating. I actually cheated o_O looked at my own hand when I couldn't figure out the second hand pose. There probably shouldn't be any reflected light there either, huh?
Colour studies. I actually like that butt. :3
The proportions on these are all wrong. But, birdies!

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by at my sketchbook. From what I see here, I think you have already good sense of perspective, but you are little bit lacking on anatomy and value/color, so you are working on all the right things with your current studies. Keep it up, update daily and you will see progress in no time
Just browsing through your skb and noticing the great amount of potential you have! No matter how rough the seas will become - always keep your head above water and never sink under the pressure of it all.
That's all I can give you right now - because I'm enjoying every bit of your skb!
I'm eager to see more from you as well as watch you as you grow!
I'll be here with the Daggers for the rest of my art journey.
Keep pushing people, let us be great together-!
