    I always watch on other people's studies to improve, maybe you have seen Algenpfleger's studies (you can download them on his Deviantart site)?
    I watch on them quite often, I think it's called being inspired lol, you should try this, too ^^

    those pencil sketches and that first mad scientist type dude are great! I find the skeleton girls pose too flat and didnt even notice her hand pointing forward for ages, you could use some more foreshortening or fog effects or something like that to create some depth in that piece. the next two look rather unfinished so Ill save my crits for later
