I like your theme and progression from light to dark(though you might not want it to get so dark in the back, could be a little too much), but I might tighten up the color scheme. You could stick mainly to yellows and blues, and mix only those with black and white.

The guys eye feels like he's looking back, out of the corner of his eye) also the cloud perspective makes me think that the animals should be getting further away from the viewer (left to right). The displacement of the guy behind cloud whilst the animals are in front offers the suggestion of depth but then the animal composition makes it very 2D. I find the cloud at the bottom to be a distraction from the flow if you know what I mean?

Please note though, I'm both a rubbish drawer and painter, I think the work is excellent and would be well stoked to call it my own effort.

Thanks for the feedback Steve. You've got good points. When you are looking at a painting all the time you start not the to see the obvious mistakes. I kept flipping it but it doesnt help all the way. Thanks again.

Welcome - your rendering is nice. Is there a story behind it?

Thanks Steve. Yes there is a story behind it - the ever lasting desire of everyone to find and touch the truth.
