    Dark Hobbit

This is for a soon to be published card game called "Dungeoneer". The idea was to do a more sinister looking halfling.

Also I've just thoroughly revised my website and would love to get your feedback.

    Cheers!

it's a great illustration. the style reminds me a bit of the caricaturesque things don seegmiller makes.

although, what turned me off a bit is the design of the figure. vicious, yes, very... i wouldn't dare to stand with my back to him... until i want to try what it is like swimming down a river on the belly, that is...

but it doesn't ring the halfling bell in my head. with halflings, i associate little people, a bit oversized heads and they tend to have a bit of a belly.
a bad halfling, in my eys would be round as other halflings are,. too bit not with the subtone of "savoir vivre" (that i associate with halflings) but bad fat guy-like. know what i mean?

    nevertheless, the illustration is great!
